Rang Collective is a United Kingdom based bespoke wedding-party styling studio. We are the data controller for the information described on this page. You can reach us at hello@rangcollective.co.uk.

• Enquiry details you send us: name, email address, phone number, your role in the wedding, wedding date, venue, party numbers, colour notes, ceremonies, budget guidance and how you found us.
• Moodboards or reference images you choose to upload with an enquiry.
• Essential technical data needed to serve and secure the site, such as your cookie preference and basic server logs.

We do not sell products online, take payments on this site, or ask you to create a public account.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare recommendations and quotations, and keep a record of our conversation. Our lawful basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in running and improving a small styling studio.

• Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — hosts our database and the private storage area holding enquiry uploads.
• Lovable — hosts and serves this website.
• Google Fonts — delivers the typefaces used on the site.

No analytics or advertising trackers are running on this site today. If we add any, they will only load after you accept optional cookies, and this page will be updated first.

We set an essential preference record (consent_v1) so we remember your cookie choice. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are blocked until you accept them, and you can change your mind at any time using the “Manage cookie preferences” link in the footer.

Enquiries and uploads are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, so we can pick up a conversation about a future wedding. Archived enquiries are deleted after that, or sooner if you ask.

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@rangcollective.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Enquiries are stored in an access-controlled database and uploads sit in a private storage area. Only the studio can view them, through a password-protected area of this site.
